Terms of Sale and Refund Policy

Health Synergy offers customers a 2 week period, beginning from the date of purchase, to return product(s) for a full refund, so long as the product(s) is unopened, and in its original packaging. If you are local to a Health Synergy store location, simply bring the item(s) back, and a friendly staff member will be happy to assist you with your refund, and a more appropriate product.  

If the item(s) were sent out vs USPS or another carrier, Health Synergy will give you a full refund, less your cost of shipping the item(s) back to the Boca Raton, FL location.

Damage Due to Freight or Shipping

All of our products are tested for quality, and all shipments are carefully inspected before leaving our warehouse. Upon delivery of your order, please check product carefully to ensure it has not been damaged during shipping. All claims for damaged product must be made within 48 hours. Please contact us and provide detailed information for any product damaged during shipping within that time. Please include a full description of the damages to the product.
